The OCCAM FinTech parent site collects almost nothing — here is exactly what it does, and why.
Before you create an account, the public landing page collects only the email you submit to the early-access waitlist, used to send launch and readiness updates for OCCAM Labs and Community. Joining the waitlist does not create a product or community account.
Where analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand page visits and which calls to action are used — never to identify you personally.
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time, and your email is deleted when you do. Every update email also includes a way to opt out.
Creating an account processes your email and authentication identity, the session records needed to keep you signed in, the journal entries and settings you choose to save, and media such as account logos or trade screenshots you upload. Journal and media data are scoped to your signed-in identity. We use this information only to provide, secure, and support the product.
What this site is
What this public site is — and what it isn't.
This site exists to explain OCCAM FinTech and let visitors join the early-access waitlist. It is not, by itself, the full product experience for Labs, Community, or any future tool.
Nothing here is regulated financial advice, a guaranteed outcome, or a binding offer beyond what is made explicit on the page. Trading and finance content is brand-level information only.
When a product opens deeper functionality, its own terms, onboarding conditions, and disclosures are presented from that product's surface.

This site describes OCCAM FinTech and its direction at a high level. Product-specific terms, onboarding details, and regulated disclosures belong inside the relevant product when it becomes available.

These terms cover the parent site only. Where a product introduces its own functionality, that product's terms take precedence within it.
